The C.O.C. Big Man &HWT training camp is the perfect camp for the 195,220, and HWT wrestlers that need to get to championship levels! Our NCAA All-Americans, World Team Members and Olympians will personally train our "Big Men" campers.
This specialty training camp will definitely be the best experience for wrestlers nationwide.

(WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP)
All Intensive Wrestling Camps have (4) sessions per day, so it is very important that all
campers have the proper training gear and needs for these camps:
(Make sure you bring a Storage Tub 16" X 28" X 16" deep)
1) Sleeping Bag/ Pillow
2) (4) Bath Towels (24" x 48" works best)
(DO NOT BRING BEACH TOWELS, LAUNDRY SERVICE WILL NOT WASH THEM)
3) All toiletries (toothbrush/ toothpaste/wash cloths/Advil or Aleve/ etc.
