• Plenty of Socks;

• Several T-Shirts;

• Personal Hygiene Kit;

• Bring $30 for Laundry Service;

• Prescribed Medicines (see and sign Liability Waiver) or OTC medicines (e.g. aspirin, allergy, inhalers, etc.) as needed;

• Females: Feminine Hygiene Products if needed;

• Workout Gear (cleaned daily: shorts, shirt, extra clean shirt, singlets optional)

• Water Bottle (tap water is available; bring an empty water container to fill up as needed)

• Notebook and pen/pencil (to write down techniques and goals);

• Cell Phone Charger (if needed)
