Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to facility reservations, staffing commitments, camp materials, lodging arrangements, and operational expenses incurred well in advance of camp, the following cancellation policy applies to all registrations.

Cancellation Refund Schedule

45 Days or More Prior to Camp Start Date

– Cancellation requests received at least 45 days before camp will receive a 70% refund of the registration fee.

30–44 Days Prior to Camp Start Date

– Cancellation requests received between 30 and 44 days before camp will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

Less Than 30 Days Prior to Camp Start Date

– No refunds will be issued.

Medical Cancellations

Medical cancellations are subject to the same refund schedule listed above.

If a wrestler is unable to attend due to injury, illness, or another medical condition, Camp of Champions may require medical documentation. However, medical circumstances do not alter the refund schedule.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellation, including medical cancellations, made fewer than 30 days before the start of camp.

Underclassman Registration Rollover

Wrestlers who have not yet graduated high school (underclassmen) may roll their registration forward to the corresponding Camp of Champions camp session the following year.

For example, an underclassman registered for a 2026 Big Bear Camp Series event who cannot attend may apply that registration to the equivalent 2027 Big Bear Camp Series event.

Rollover registrations:

– Apply only to the registered wrestler.

– Are non-transferable.

– Must be used during the following year’s camp season.

– Have no cash value.

– Are subject to available camp space.

Camp Cancellation by Camp of Champions

If Camp of Champions cancels a camp, participants will receive either:

– A full refund; or

– A full credit toward a future Camp of Champions event.

By registering for Camp of Champions Elite Wrestling Camps, participants and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
