5-Day Resident Camper Cost:
$750.00 – Includes Room, Board & Camp Training

Group Discount Available:
Coaches who bring 10 or more wrestlers receive $40.00 off per wrestler

🗓️ Daily Training Schedule

This youth camp provides elite-level instruction in a structured, disciplined, and motivating environment. A sample daily schedule includes:

6:00 AM – Hand Fighting Skills

9:00 AM – Offensive Takedown Techniques

1:00 PM – Small Group / Extreme Training

6:00 PM – Pinning / Riding / Mental Training

9:00 PM – Motivational Session

Athletes experience world-class training while learning toughness, confidence, discipline, and competitive skill development.

⚖️ Athletic Waiver & Release of Liability

All participants are required to complete the Athletic Waiver & Release of Liability acknowledging:

✔ Wrestling is a physically demanding sport
✔ Participant accepts risk of injury
✔ Parent/Guardian approval required
✔ Agreement not to hold C.O.C., staff, host sites, or affiliates liable for injuries or damages

Parents must sign before participation is allowed.
