Since 1980, The Camp of Champions (C.O.C.) has trained more than 30,000 wrestlers of all ages, helping athletes reach their full potential through elite instruction and unmatched mat time. The C.O.C. System is built on excellence, discipline, and championship-level training delivered by some of the best clinicians in the nation.

This 5-day wrestling camp is for boys and girls ages 7–13 and allows youth wrestlers to train alongside intensive campers while receiving the same world-class instruction designed to build champions. Athletes benefit from expert technique development, skill refinement, mental toughness training, and quality mat time.
